Our Services
We Provide the Following Services:
• Assistance with Daily Living in Self-care and Domestic Activities such as managing personal care and household tasks, mobility support, grooming, meal preparation, cooking, house and yard cleaning, gardening, shopping, companionship etc
• Assistance with Access to Participation in Social, Economic, Community and Recreational Activities to enable you to engage in community activities, get to your appointments, take part in social and recreational activities of your interest to build your independence and social connections.
• Providing Capacity Building Services such as skills development, mentoring, and access to allied health services required to enjoy a fulfilling dignified life.
• Specialist Positive Behaviour support- Highly specialised intensive support interventions to manage complex and challenging behaviours.
• Assistance with travel/Transport Arrangements for you to attend general activity-based transport.
• Respite Care and Short-Term Accommodation
• Supported Independent living where we provide daily living support in a group or shared homes.
